METS 7th graders from Caribou Middle school had the chance to take a college trip to UMPI this past week. At the Northern Maine Museum of Science and Mathematics they saw a hammerhead shark, a Atlantic Leatherback Sea Turtle and more. They also checked out where the solar system that runs along Route 1 begins.

The students enjoyed learning about the campus and seeing the museum.
