Looking for a way to keep your brain stimulated over the summer? No? Well, you should be! There are tons of podcasts out there that can help you stimulate your mind, while learning cool random facts.

METS has put together a list of a few great podcasts, but there a ton out there! Go dig around, find one that works for you!

Star Talk Radio – We recently featured one of Neil Degrasse Tyson’s videos, where he explained just how fast humans would last on other planets. (Spoiler alert: Not very long!) In his podcast, Tyson covers a variety of topics, including how Reddit got started, how to protect earth from asteroids, and many, many more. He frequently has comics as guest hosts, as well as celebrities from many other spheres.

TEDTalks Science and Medicine   TED (Technology, Entertainment, and Design) is a nonprofit organization devoted to spreading ideas. They have videos and podcasts available on almost any topic imaginable. The Science and Medicine podcast range from Dinosaurs, to tracking the human genome, to making crops survive without water.

Infinite Monkey Cage – Hosted by Brian Cox and Robin Ince, this podcast released through the BBC definitely has a fun, fast feel. If you’re looking for an irreverent take on science and math, this podcast might be right up your alley!
